Rural Health Project

The Rural Health Project is funded by the Office of Rural Health Policy, HRSA.The purpose of the project is to conduct a rural analysis of data from the CMS funded Medicare Demonstration, “A Randomized Controlled Trial of Primary and Consumer Directed Care for People with Chronic Illnesses” (CMS No. 95-C-90467/2-01).
