S.T.E.P. (Strengthen, Train, Empower, and Prolong)

The S.T.E.P. Program features a walking program targeting older adults It  has been our experience that older adults, who are often busy caring for others or keeping up with other commitments, tend to neglect themselves.  By joining a walking program you can increase your physical activity and lower your stress level.
